Child Porn Wasn't The Only Disturbing Footage Detectives Found On NJ Man's Cell Phone, Cops Say Detectives made disturbing discoveries on one New Jersey man's electronic devices following a cyber tip, the prosecutor's office said. Osbourne Daubon, 19, of Perth Amboy, became the center of an investigation when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) told investigators that he might have child pornography on his phone, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said.
