A new assisted living and memory care community is coming to New Jersey after developers secured $35.1 million in construction financing for the project. JLL Capital Markets arranged the financing for Benchmark at East Brunswick, an 87-unit, 100-bed senior living community planned, the company said on Tuesday, June 16.
