Man Tried Siphoning Cooking Oil From Warren County Thai Spot: Prosecutor A 33-year-old man from Central Jersey was caught trying to siphon cooking oil from a Waren County restaurant, authorities said. Eric J. Marrero, of Carteret, was arrested and charged with criminal attempt to commit theft and possession of burglary tools, according to the Warren County Prosecutor's Office.
