Seen HIM? Middlesex Man Suspected Of Torching Vehicle Authorities in Central Jersey are looking for a man and sedan involved in torching another vehicle. Photos of the arson suspect were released on Tuesday by Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Woodbridge Police Director Robert Hubner  On Nov. 26 at 1:48 A.M., Woodbridge police were called to South Harrison Avenue about a vehicle on fire, they said.
