Garbage Truck Backs Into Cape May Building, Firefighters Prevent Porch Collapse A garbage truck crashed into a building in Cape May and nearly caused outdoor porches to collapse, authorities said. The Cape May Fire Department responded to the crash on Decatur Street at around 12:46 p.m. on Monday, May 13, the city's firefighters union said in a Facebook post.
