The hit-and-run crash occurred on Tuesday, Dec. 27 in Manalapan, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago. The winning ticket from Friday's Jersey Cash 5 drawing was sold at Wawa at 345 Union Hill Road in Manalapan.
