Susan Antoon Cousins has touched many people’s lives including those who have known her during the past 30 years at Jersey Shore Fitness Shop, a 24/7 gym in Bradley Beach. Some may know Cousins, who is a resident of Neptune City, from Hope Integrated Behavioral Healthcare or Vics Italian Restaurant, where she has worked.
