Lakewood Man, 21, Indicted In Fatal DWI Crash: Prosecutor A 21-year-old man from Lakewood has been indicted in connection with a fatal crash in which the driver was traveling 90 mph, authorities said. Mordechai Berkowitz was charged with aggravated manslaughter and aggravated assault, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
