Seen Anything? South Jersey Police Seek Public's Help In Shooting Police in Burlington County are seeking the public's help in locating suspects in a recent shooting. Pemberton Township police seek any tips in a shooting last Tuesday night in the 100 block of Phillips Ave. in the Browns Mills section of town. At 8:26 p.m. on Dec. 15, Pemberton Township Police Department was dispatched to Phillips Avenue on a report of gunshots fired.  Responding patrol officers found empty casings from a firearm.
