Tractor-Trailer Flips, Blocks Exit On I-287 Central Jersey:

A tractor-trailer overturned on Interstate 287 in Middlesex County, halting traffic, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 12:35 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2 on the I-287 northbound ramp to southbound Exit 2 in Edison, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said. All lanes were closed for a couple of hours, 511nj.org reported. The interstate's exit ramp to Route 27 was expected to remain closed until at least 6:30 p.m. for the truck's removal and cleanup, according to a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police. No one was injured, he said.

Tractor-Trailer Fire Delays Traffic On New Jersey Turnpike
A tractor-trailer fire delayed traffic on the New Jersey Turnpike in Cherry Hill, authorities said. Southbound lanes remained closed as of 9:25 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 21. The crash occurred near Exit 4 at about 7:30 a.m., according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation’s traffic website. There were injuries, 511nj.org said. A medevac helicopter was en route, according to an unconfirmed report. Video from 6ABC Action News showed the charred front of a truck and multiple emergency vehicles.
