Leamon Washington, 51, was arrested on Tuesday, Apr. 16, the Township of Ocean Police Department said in a Facebook post. Officers responded at around 2:30 a.m. to a report of broken glass at the Blue Swan Diner on Route 35 in Oakhurst. Police entered the restaurant and Washington was found in the crawl space.
