Prosecutor: Lakewood Man Charged In Fatal Stabbing A 32-year-old man from Lakewood has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of another man, authorities said. The 29-year-old victim's name had not been released pending next-of-kin notification. Jorge Santiago-Garcia was charged with murder and two weapons possession violations, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said on Tuesday.
