A 40-year-old man who randomly shot and killed a woman by the side of the road has been sentenced to life in New Jersey state prison, authorities said. A 40-year-old man from Monmouth County was found guilty at a jury trial for fatally shooting a 24-year-old Freehold woman as she drove along on a state highway in 2018, authorities said.
