No Correlation Between Drowning Suit, Point Pleasant Beach Closings, Attorney Says
The death of a 69-year-old man visiting a Point Pleasant beach could have been avoided if the beach owner had warned about dangerous water conditions, a lawsuit alleges. The Bridgewater lawyer filing the suit says she doesn't think there is any correlation between her legal action and Jenkinson's decision this week to lock off its privately-owned beaches.
