A Garden State driver decided to administer his own brand of Jersey justice on the Cross Bronx Expressway on Tuesday, March 5. The video, which was shared by New York City Councilman Ying Tan and has gone viral, shows an altercation between the driver of the BMW, with New Jersey license plates, aggressively changing lanes and then coming to a stop in front of a minivan. He then gets out of the BMW and approaches the minivan, also apparently from New Jersey, screaming at the other driver, a 66-year-old man. : Missing Elderly Little Ferry Couple Found Safe, Sound In Teaneck
UPDATE: A missing elderly couple took a long route to return to Bergen County, but they were found safe and sound Saturday morning, authorities said. Teaneck police responding to a call of a vehicle stuck in the mud behind the Teaneck Garden Club near Overpeck Park found Lea Asala, 89, outside their SUV and her husband, Anthony Asala, 91, inside around 9 a.m. Saturday. City 'Accordion' Bus Dangles From Cross Bronx Overpass
The front of a tandem bus careened off the Cross Bronx Expressway and dangled onto a Major Deegan Expressway ramp late Thursday, critically injuring the driver, authorities said. Eight passengers were hospitalized with what the New York Fire Department said weren’t life-threatening injuries after the front of the MTA accordion bus smashed into the ramp below, leaving it vertical, shortly after 11 p.m. The rest of the bus remained on the highway near University Avenue, with its design likely preventing a greater catastrophe.
