UPDATE: A former New Jersey state DOT worker from Montvale who served a year in prison for collecting child porn faces a much longer sentence after authorities said they caught him doing it again. Robert Setnitzky, 61, was originally busted by Bergen County prosecutor’s detectives with nearly 25,000 child porn files in September 2019. UPDATE: A woman who police said forced the temporary lockdown of a busy Bergen County restaurant during dinner this weekend was identified as a Westchester County resident.
