Barnes Jr., of Manchester, was charged with criminal sexual contact and sexual assault onTuesday, June 6, according to Captain Chad Clark, a spokesman for Wall Township police. On Tuesday, March 21, at 3:51 p.m. Wall police responded to the intersection of State Route 35 and Lakewood Road. The bicyclist, from Brielle, had been traveling east on Lakewood Road when he entered the intersection with State Route 35, Wall police said.
