Woman Killed, Five People Injured In Three-Car South Jersey Crash A Camden County woman was killed and five other people were injured in a crash on a busy road in western Atlantic County, authorities said. Karina Castillo, 29, of Pine Hill, was killed in the crash on Black Horse Pike near High Bank Road on Wednesday, Apr. 3, the Township of Hamilton Police Department said in a news release. Four adults and a child were hospitalized after the wreck.
