Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Fatal Crash: Philly Motorcyclist Killed In 3-Vehicle Collision, Police Say A 34-year-old motorcyclist was killed Tuesday, Sept. 10 in a three-vehicle collision in Philadelphia, authorities said. The fatal crash occurred at approximately 3 p.m. on Woodhaven Road (Route 63) near Thornton Road, Philadelphia police said. The male rider, who was not identified, was traveling eastbound, and collided with both a vehicle and a box truck, also traveling eastbound, police said. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead by Medic 20 at 3:19 p.m., they said. Woodhaven Road was closed in both directions during an investigation.

Fatal Crash: Lansdale Motorcyclist Killed In Bucks County, Police Say A 68-year-old motorcyclist from Montgomery County was killed Monday, Sept. 9 in Bucks County, authorities said. Tinicum Township police were dispatched to Geigel Hill and Cafferty roads at about 4:30 p.m. to investigate a motorcycle crash.  The unidentified driver from Lansdale died of his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
