Motorcyclist Critically Injured In Franklin Twp Crash: Police A 45-year-old Somerset man was critically injured following a crash between a motorcycle and a vehicle Saturday night, June 21, authorities said. At 10:41 p.m., a 2022 Ducati V4 motorcycle was traveling southbound on Cedar Grove Lane toward Pierce Street when he it crashed into a 2008 Lexus, Franklin Township police said. The rider sustained critical injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital, police said. The occupants of the Lexus were not seriously injured, police said. The crash remains under investigation, police said.

Bicyclist, 35, Critically Injured In Jersey Shore Hit-And-Run: Prosecutors A woman was critically injured in a hit-and-run crash in Lakewood, authorities said. The 35-year-old bicyclist was struck by a vehicle, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release on Wednesday, Nov. 6. Lakewood police responded to the crash at the intersection of Maplehurst Avenue and Cross Street at around 7:15 p.m. Officers found the victim in the road suffering from serious bodily injuries.  Paramedics rushed the woman to Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
