David Schlendorf, of Holladay, Utah pleaded guilty to five counts of theft by deception and one count of unauthorized practice of law, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said.  As part of his plea agreement, Schlendorf will be sentenced to probation, Billhimer said.
