Driver Crossed Center Line In Crash That Seriously Injured Both Drivers In Ocean County: Police New details have been released in an Ocean County crash that left two cars severely mangled and both drivers seriously injured on Thursday, Jan. 8. Troy Sullivan, 62, of Absecon, was heading south on County Route 539 when he crossed the centerline and struck a 54-year-old Hamilton driver head-on around 5:25 p.m. near milepost 26, Manchester police said in a news release.
