3 Carteret Kids Lose Both Parents After Dad Dies Suddenly, $31K Raised
Three New Jersey children who lost their mother in 2021 are now grieving the sudden loss of their father, as hundreds of people have stepped in to help.
More than $31,000 had been raised as of Thursday, April 2 in a GoFundMe organized by Desserie Morgan for the children of Joshua Feldman of Carteret.
Feldman died unexpectedly, leaving behind his children, Ethan, Gianna, and Angel, according to the fundraiser. Brenda Feldman died at age 46 on July 20, 2021, according to her obituary.

Just last week, Ashli Crespo Galanos and her husband, Andrew, celebrated eight years together.
They married in October 2024 and were planning adventures, and looking forward to a lifetime side by side. But fate had other plans.
On Thursday, Sept. 11, around 8:45 p.m., Ashli was struck by a 46-year-old driver who veered over the center median on Hooper Avenue in Toms River, Galanos confirmed. A passenger in the striking vehicle was also killed, while the 46-year-old driver and 4-year-old passenger survived with injuries, prosecutors previously said.
