Windows Broken At Historic Wall Twp Property: Police Numerous windows were recently broken at Camp Evans Officer Quarters in Wall Township, authorities announced Wednesday, July 30. Unknown individuals trespassed onto the property on the 2200 block of Marconi Road and broke 17 windows, also causing damage to a detached garage, Wall Township police said. The cost of the damage is estimated at $8,500. “The historic officer quarters and surrounding buildings at Camp Evans are irreplaceable assets to the community,” police said. “Their unique construction and historical significance make repairs difficult and costly when they are damaged.” Camp…

5.2 Magnitude Earthquake Rocks Southern California A powerful earthquake has just rocked much of southern California. The 5.2 magnitude quake struck at 1:08 p.m. Eastern time Monday, April 14, with its epicenter in San Diego County, about 2.5 miles south of the town of Julian, according to the United States Geological Survey. At least seven aftershocks were felt after the initial quake.    It is not yet known if there are any reports of injuries or damage. The quake occurred at 10:45 a.m. and was initially reported as a 4.1 on the Richter scale. Its epicenter was located near York Harbor, approximately seven miles off the coast of Maine and about 13 miles underground. Atlantic City Man Used Drones To Dump Dye Packs In Swimming Pools, Prosecutors Say An Atlantic City man was accused of using drones to drop dye packs into pools more than a year ago, causing thousands of dollars in damage, authorities said. Anthony Spina, 31, was indicted for third-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release on Monday, Dec. 16.
