Pedestrian Dies After Hit By Vehicle: Manchester PD
A 43-year-old Whiting man died after they were struck by a vehicle in Manchester, authorities announced Tuesday, Aug. 25. At 9:37 a.m., on Sunday, Aug. 9, a pedestrian was struck at the intersection of County Route 530 and Swift Circle in Whiting, Manchester police said. Richard Fescharek sustained multiple life-threatening injuries as a result of the crash, police said. Fescharek was pronounced dead Friday, Aug. 14, police said.
