'Shocking And Disgusting' Racist Graffiti Found In Historic Black South Jersey Borough Residents in a historically Black community in Camden County were upset after racist graffiti was discovered on a fence at a woman's home, officials said. The incident happened in a neighborhood in Lawnside, according to a statement by the Camden County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
