Weapon-Dealing Duo Found With Illegal Guns At Jersey Shore Motel, Police Say A man and woman from Ocean County were accused of illegally selling guns, authorities said. George Garulle of Beachwood and Dana Restiano of Whiting were arrested on Monday, Nov. 4, the Stafford Township Police Department said in a news release. Investigators executed two search warrants at the Howard Johnson motel in Toms River and a home on Neptune Avenue in Beachwood. Garulle and Restaino were found with several illegal guns, including defaced guns, ghost guns, rifles, and shotguns. Man Found With Stolen Gun From VA, Ammo In Pants Pocket In Atlantic City: Police A wanted man from Absecon was accused of having a stolen gun from Virginia, authorities said. Atlantic City police arrested 43-year-old David Toney, the department said in a news release on Thursday, Sept. 12.  Officers stopped Toney while he was driving on the first block of South Kentucky Avenue at around 6:01 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 6. Poice then learned he had an active arrest warrant and he was taken into custody. Police found ammunition in his pants pocket and the stolen gun inside his vehicle. Trenton police said they found Joseph Moore walking along the 100 block of Turpin St. with the rifle and a high-capacity magazine containing 50 rounds of ammunition on Monday, June 10 at about 5:20 p.m. He was charged with several weapons offenses. Drug Dealer Found With Cocaine, Painkillers, Loaded Gun On Jersey Shore: Prosecutors A Lower Township man was accused of selling cocaine and having other drugs, authorities said. Sergio Jimenez, 30, was arrested on Wednesday, May 29, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland said in a news release. Search warrants were executed on his Langs Avenue home and several vehicles in the Villas section of the township. Officers found about 10 ounces of cocaine, 54 oxycodone pills, a pound of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
