Darielle Lugo said her daughter, Makani, was supposed to arrive at the Bargaintown Preschool in Egg Harbor Township around 9:25 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, after being put on the bus by her father.  But Makani never made it to class. Distracted Delivery Driver Hits Grandmother, Girl Near Franklin Township Bus Stop, Police Say An Amazon delivery driver was accused of using her phone when she struck a young girl and her grandmother near a Gloucester County bus stop, authorities said. Laura Mayo Pulgarin of Philadelphia was charged with two counts of assault by auto, the Franklin Township Police Department said in a news release on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024.
