Warren County Man Sexually Assaulted 9-Year-Old: Prosecutor

A 32-year-old Washington man was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a 9-year-old on Monday, Jan. 6, authorities said.

The victim was known to Michael Estler, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said. Authorities did not say when the assault occurred.

Estler was charged aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child, authorities said.
