A Berkeley Township man was arrested after trying to flee on a motor scooter during a month-long drug investigation, authorities said. William Manser, 44, was taken into custody, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release on Friday, Nov. 22. A Trenton man will spend the rest of his life in prison nearly seven years after a violent carjacking spree that left two victims with life-altering injuries, authorities said. An Atlantic City man admitted to raping a sleeping woman at the city's bus terminal, authorities said. Eric Williams, 56, pleaded guilty to first-degree aggravated sexual assault, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release on Monday, Nov. 18.
