A Burlington County man admitted to killing three people in 2019, authorities said. Terrance J. Matthews, 26, of Willingboro pleaded guilty on Tuesday, June 7 to the murders in two separate incidents, according to Burlington County Acting Prosecutor LaChia Bradshaw.
