"Early this AM, law enforcement arrested the suspect in Washington, DC." DC Police tweeted Tuesday morning. "He is currently being interviewed at our Homicide Branch. Killer Stalks Streets Of NYC, DC; Homeless Urged To Find Shelter The first incident occurred Thursday, March 3 around 4 a.m., when a man was shot on the 1100 block of New York Avenue in Washington DC. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
