An 89-year-old Cinnaminson man was killed after he was struck by a truck while lying in the roadway on the morning of Friday, Jan. 31, authorities said. At 6:35 a.m., officers responded to the Azalea, an assisted living facility and found the deceased body of Robert Richardson, a resident of the facility, in the curb lane of the roadway, Cinnaminson police said. Support is on the rise for a 25-year-old Atlantic County man and former US Navy sailor who was left with critical injuries in a hit-and-run crash, which also killed his dog. Syed Hoque and his dog, Duca, were struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run crash early Saturday, Nov. 30, in Absecon, authorities said. The crash occurred shortly after midnight at Highland Boulevard and Marlborough Avenue, where Duca was tragically killed.
