Woman, 78, Struck By Pickup, Killed In South Jersey Crash: Police An Egg Harbor Township woman was killed while crossing a road on Veterans Day, authorities said. Sharon Parker, 78, died in the crash on Monday, Nov. 11, the Egg Harbor Township Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to Tilton Road near the intersection with Goldenrod Lane at around 5:59 p.m.  Investigators said a 2015 Ford F-150 was traveling north on Tilton Road. Mark Stackhouse, 30, of Tuckerton, was arrested on Saturday, Apr. 6, the Egg Harbor Township Police Department said in a news release. He was charged with two counts of robbery. Body Found In South Jersey, Authorities Say A body was found in Atlantic County on Sunday, authorities said. The suspicious death occurred about 4 p.m. in Egg Harbor Township, according to the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office.  Police responded to  Tilton Road where Egg Harbor Township Police found the body of a 45 year-old man from Egg Harbor, authorities said. The man's name had not been released. An autopsy was planned Tuesday.
