A Trenton attorney has filed a lawsuit of her father's behalf accusing a funeral home of messing up her mother's services and burial, The Trentonian reports. A deadly gang-related gun battle involving four Trenton police officers during an arts and music festival was justified, authorities said. The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office announced its findings on Thursday after investigating the fatal June 2018 shooting at the "Art All Night" festival.
