Mom With 'Bright Aura', UK Band's No. 1 Fan Dies After Suspected Jersey Shore Hit-And-Run An Aberdeen woman has died more than three weeks after she was hospitalized in a suspected hit-and-run crash, authorities said. Judith Fox-Hernandez, 58, died from her injuries, the Aberdeen Township Police Department said in a news release on Wednesday, Oct. 2. She was hit near the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Second Street at around 7:24 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 4. Officers found Fox-Hernandez in the road and she was rushed to Jersey Shore University Medical Center. She was pronounced dead at the Neptune hospital on Sunday, Sept. 29. T.M. Stevens, NJ Bassist Who Played With James Brown, Tina Turner, Dies At 72 A bass guitarist from West Long Branch who performed with many legendary musicians has died at the age of 72, according to reports. Thomas "T.M." Stevens died in his sleep at around 10 p.m. on Sunday, Mar. 10, musician and performance artist Carrie Beehan said in a Facebook post. Beehan had posted in late February that Stevens was hospitalized with blood clots in his lungs. Stevens played bass and sang backup vocals on James Brown's 1986 album "Gravity", according to credits from music database website Discogs.
