A South Jersey woman was drunk and had her headlights off when she was leaving a local bar and struck another vehicle, killing the teenage driver last month, authorities said. Wanda Sprague, 54, of Pemberton, was behind the wheel of a Chrysler 300 when he hit a Nissan Sentra driven by 17-year-old Kayla Bowen at Lakehurst Road and Rancocas Lane around 9:15 p.m. on Dec. 16, Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina said. Mount Holly Parolee Gets 15 Years In State Prison For Fatally Shooting Her Wife
A 31-year-old parolee from Mount Holly was sentenced to 15 years in state prison for fatally shooting her wife during a domestic dispute, authorities said. Laura Bluestein, 31, was sentenced on Wednesday by Superior Court Judge Terrence R. Cook, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina. In February, the jury found Bluestein guilty of aggravated manslaughter and tampering with evidence in the fatal shooting of her 29-year-old wife, Felicia Dormans, Coffina said. A former public works manager from Burlington County has admitted dumping his private septic company's waste into Wrightstown sewers, authorities said. Rodman Lucas, 62, of Pemberton Township, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to conspiracy to tamper with public records, state Attorney General Gurbir S.
