Robert Hart attracted police attention on Thursday when Atlantic City Sgt. Charles Stuart and Detective Chris Dodson noticed Hart was driving with a suspended license, a police department spokesman said. The Atlantic City patrol officers then saw Hart engage in a corner drug deal with a woman, according to reports.
