Police ID Bicyclist Killed On Black Horse Pike, Police Say A bicyclist was killed in a crash on Black Horse Pike on Friday, May 17, police said. Arthur Herz, 61, of Mays Landing entered the westbound lanes on a bicycle around 8:20 p.m. when he "made impact with" a 21-year-old man's Jeep Cherokee, Hamilton Township police said. It happened near milepost 45.5. Herz, who was not wearing a helmet was pronounced dead at the scene.
