Hunter Finds Human Skull In South Jersey Forest: State Police State police are investigating after a human skull was found in a state forest in Ocean County, authorities said. Troopers responded to Brendan T. Byrne State Forest in Manchester Township at around 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23, according to a state police spokesperson. Police had received a report of a hunter who discovered "human remains." DAY 2: Search Continues For Missing Couple Last Seen On ATV Trails A search is underway for a couple last seen on ATV trails in a wooded section of Stafford known as the Pine Barrens. The missing married couple was identified as Gary and Lorraine Parker of Warren Grove. They are 67- and 60-years-old, respectively.  The Stafford Township Police Department’s ATV Unit with the assistance of the Ocean County Sheriffs Department ATV Unit have been conducting off-road searches of the Warren Grove area.  The New Jersey State Police Aviation Unit's helicopter also has been assisting as the ground and aerial search continues into a second day.
