Ocean Beach Drowning Victim Identified A 43-year-old  drowning victim found lying on a Jersey Shore beach has been identified, authorities said.  The body of Jennifer Jack of Lavallette was found unresponsive on the beach along the waterfront, according to  Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
