South Jersey Man, 36, Arrested With 500 Folds of Heroin, His 2-Year-Old Toddler In Car A 36-year-old man from Pleasantville was arrested in Atlantic City with 500 folds of heroin -- and his 2-year-old daughter in the car, authorities said. Robert Hart attracted police attention on Thursday when Atlantic City Sgt. Charles Stuart and Detective Chris Dodson noticed Hart was driving with a suspended license, a police department spokesman said. The Atlantic City patrol officers then saw Hart engage in a corner drug deal with a woman, according to reports.
