South Jersey Man Gets 15 Years State Prison For Sexually Assaulting 3 Children
A 37-year-old man from Burlington County was sentenced to 15 years in state prison on Wednesday on sexual assault charges, authorities said. Christopher Elder of Riverside pleaded guilty in February to first-degree aggravated sexual assault and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. A 29-year-old man from South Jersey has been sentenced to 12 years in New Jersey state prison for sexually assaulting a woman in a Burlington City alley, authorities said. John T. Lewis of Browns Mills, who pleaded guilty in February to first-degree aggravated sexual assault, must serve 85 percent of the sentence before becoming eligible for parole, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina. A Burlington County man has admitted to sexually assaulting a woman in a Burlington City alley in late 2019 in exchange for a 12-year sentence in New Jersey state prison, authorities said. A former Trenton police detective was sentenced to 30 years in state prison for sexually assaulting two girls over the course of several years, authorities said. William Sanchez-Monllor, 39, of Burlington Township, was sentenced on two counts of first-degree sexual assault Friday, Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina said.
