Hayley Alvarado had been missing since just before Christmas last year. Her body was spotted and then recovered from the bay near Gregg County Park in Bayonne on March 5, according to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department. Yvrose Germain was hit on I-295 northbound near milepost 46.8 in Burlington Township at about 8:15 a.m. on Sunday, March 17, New Jersey State Police said. The driver did not stop, they said.
