That’s exactly why Toyota is recalling nearly 591,000 vehicles in the U.S., the company announced Thursday, Sept. 11. The problem? On Tuesday, Aug. 12, at 1:34 p.m., officers responded to a crash on County Road 557 North in Estelle Manor City after a Lexus crossed the center line into the northbound lane and collided head-on with the Toyota, Christopher Postorino, a spokesman with the New Jersey State Police said. A 47-year-old Trenton woman is facing murder charges after she intentionally struck a person with her vehicle on Tuesday, April 1, authorities said. At 4:12 p.m., Asia Brown got into an altercation with Caldner Bell in front of his West State Street residence, Mercer County Prosecutor Janetta Marbrey said. A Bridgeton man was killed when his car drove off the Atlantic City Expressway and rolled over, authorities said. Rodney Sarao, 52, died in the crash on Thursday, Dec. 12, a state police spokesperson said. A 46-year-old driver died early Tuesday, May 30 in a single-vehicle crash in Camden County, authorities said. Damion Cheeks of Bridgeton crashed at about 4 a.m. near the intersection of Norcross Road and North Grove Street in Winslow Township, they said. Cheeks was driving a 2004 Lexus southbound on Norcross Road when he lost control, went off the roadway and collided with a wooden fence and several trees before overturning, Winslow Township police said. A man from Monmouth County was seriously hurt in a one-car crash on Interstate-195 in Robbinsville, authorities said. Noel Rosado of Allentown, who turned 50 on Friday, was taken to Helene Fuld Medical Center, New Jersey State Trooper Alejandro Goez said. Rosado was driving a Lexus RC 350 about 9:50 p.m. on Thursday when he ran off of I-195 and into the righthand guardrail, Goez said.
