Ex-Con Trucker Who Sexually Assaulted NJ Woman After PA Crash Gets 20 Years A 41-year-old North Carolina truck driver who sexually assaulted a New Jersey woman cleaning out her car moments after a Pennsylvania crash was sentenced to up 20 years in prison, authorities said. Demetrice Herron approached the woman getting items out of her disabled car in a remote lot behind a garage after the crash on Oct. 19, 2018, the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office said.
