US Marshals Arrest Porch Pirate Who Allegedly Rammed South Jersey Officer With Vehicle
U.S. Marshals arrested a porch pirate who rammed a South Jersey police officer with her vehicle while fleeing from him, authorities said. Ebony E. Gomez of Jacksonville, FL, was arrested on Monday, Dec. 11 in Monroe Township and turned over to Gloucester Township police. Gomez was wanted on various charges including second-degree eluding, endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated assault, and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. School Bus Crashes Head-On In South Jersey, Both Drivers Hurt: Police
A school bus had a head-on crash with a Toyota Camry in Camden County, authorities said. Both drivers were hurt in the crash, Gloucester Township police said. Only one child was on the bus and was not hurt, they said. The child was uninjured but their mother transported them to local hospital for evaluation as a precaution, police said. The crash occurred at about 8 a.m. Wednesday, April 27 at Dresden Court and Jarvis Road in Gloucester Township, initial reports said. South Jersey Police, EMS Respond To Motorcycle Crash In Gloucester
Police, firefighters and EMS crews were at the scene of a serious motorcycle crash in Camden County, authorities said. The crash occurred about 3:30 p.m. at Jarvis and Kearsley roads in Gloucester Township, according to initial reports. An unconfirmed report said that the motorcycle rider was down and bleeding from her face with a head injury. Advanced life support crews were called to the scene of the crash.
