Mom Who Tried Rescuing Kids From Drowning Released From Hospital A 28-year-old mother who rescued her two young children from drowning has recovered from critical injuries, authorities said. The woman, identified only as Kassandra on Facebook, ran into the water but was overcome by strong currents, Brigantine police said. First responders including the Brigantine Beacn Patrol rescued the unidentified children.
