Suspected Intoxicated Boater Indicted For Crash That Killed Tabernacle Man, Prosecutors Say An Atco man was accused of boating while intoxicated in a crash that killed a Tabernacle man in Galloway Township more than a year ago, authorities said. Christian Harris, 42, was stopped for a traffic violation on Route 47 southbound at milepost 16 in Middle Township, Cape May County, at 2:15 a.m. Sunday, state police said in a Friday release.
