Man, Teen Hospitalized After Crash At South Jersey Intersection: Police
A Manchester Township man was airlifted and a teen boy was significantly injured in an evening crash, authorities said. Manchester police responded to the intersection of Ocean County routes 547 and 571 at around 6:19 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3, the department said in a news release. Two cars sustained heavy front-end damage in the collision. Officers found a blue 2004 BMW facing south in the intersection's northeast corner and a white 2022 Nissan Altima on the side of County Route 547. Man Sentenced For 'Hate-Filled' Rampage That Injured Five Orthodox Jews In South Jersey: Feds
A Manchester Township man will spend decades in prison after a series of antisemitic attacks in Ocean County that injured five Orthodox Jewish men, authorities said. Dion Marsh, 29, was sentenced on Tuesday, July 23 to 40 years in prison, New Jersey's U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger said in a news release. Video Shows NJ Officer Risking His Life On Thanksgiving To Save Driver From Burning Car
A heart-stopping video posted by a Middlesex County police department shows an officer running out of his car to rescue a driver from a burning vehicle in a Thanksgiving Day crash. The 3-minute and 40-second dashcam tape shows Monroe Township officer Douglas Perrone jumping out of his vehicle to Pergola Avenue near Namsan Drive around 8:40 p.m., and running straight to the fully-engulfed Ford Fusion -- the driver trapped inside.
